SBA Economic Injury Loans

March 21, 2020 By Kenny Garrett Leave a Comment

The U.S. Small Business Administration has issued Disaster Declaration # KY-00080 for Kentucky.

This disaster declaration will make Economic Injury Loans available to small businesses that have experienced significant economic injury as a result of the COVID-19 incident.  Substantial economic injury occurs when a business is unable to meet its obligations or pay ordinary and necessary operating expenses.

Further information regarding the SBA Disaster Loan Assistance process can be obtained at www.sba.gov. Download instructions at this link.
